Refund Policy

Refund Policy - the basics

All of our programs and events at the Center are intended to be free to the public but are limited by space and availability in order to not exceed a specific number of people who can participate in the event or program offered by the Center. All programs and events are limited to the requirements of those programs and events and are within our discretion on who may or may not participate in our programs and will be bound to follow the set rules of the facility. These rules are necessary to follow in order to keep individuals safe and to keep the facility clean, the equipment in good running order so that the public will be able to enjoy the programs, events and/or equipment available to the public. In the event that the Center would charge the public for a specific program or event all sales would be final and no refunds will be available unless the manager at his discretion so chooses to provide a refund do to unforeseen circumstances and or deems it to be necessary. Refunds will only be considered within 30 days of purchase in writing/via email. 

Refund Policy - Deposits

Deposits may be required for booking and/or participating in certain events or specific programs offered by the Center. Refunds of deposits may or may not be available depending on what rules and requirement was stated for that specific event or program. All parties would be bound to what each event or program would require to participate.  If the advertised or promoted event or program requires a deposit it should be stated  whether or not a refund would even be available in the event of not fulfilling specific requirements.
